How to Delete Your Snug Account

If you no longer wish to use Snug, you can request the complete deletion of your account and all associated data directly from within the app, or by contacting our support team.

Method 1: From within the App (Recommended)

1. Open the Snug app on your device and ensure you are logged in.
2. Go to the Profile tab (the icon in the bottom right corner).
3. Tap on Settings (the gear icon).
4. Scroll down and tap on Delete Account.
5. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the permanent deletion of your account.

Method 2: Via Email Request

If you have uninstalled the app and wish to delete your account, please send an email to support@snugsave.in from the email address associated with your Snug account. Include the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request within 7 business days.

What data is deleted?

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed from our active servers:

• Your profile information (name, email address, profile picture).
• All of your saved collections, bookmarks, reels, and videos.
• Your personal tags and folder structures.

What data is kept?

For legal and security purposes, we may retain certain non-identifying analytical data. This data is fully anonymized and cannot be traced back to your identity.
